The new versions of ThermoPad (ThermoPad T and ThermoPad S) can be connected directly to Sanyo and Toshiba indoor units instead (or along with) the original local remote controllers, provided by the manufacturer.

ThermoPad S and T are equipped with backlight and do not require any additional power supply, providing same functionality as the original remote controllers.
