The Content Manager will report to the head of marketing and will be responsible for the website and social media management and for initiating and creating various types of content, including case studies, webinars, newsletters, blogs and brochures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing, as well as experience in content management. Native English proficiency is required.
Background in the HVAC industry and familiarity with energy and/or facility management fields are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate, write and execute various types of content such as case studies, brochures, webinars, newsletters, and blogs.
- Manage the company’s website and ensure that all content is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage social media platforms (with external agency) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create marketing materials to support the company’s sales efforts.
- Monitor and measure the success of the content and social media efforts, making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of content marketing writing experience in B2B SaaS companies.
- A native English speaker and writer (mother tongue) with impeccable verbal and written communication skills – Must.
- Experience in technical writing/writing for a company with a technical product.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing content and social media platforms
- Background in the HVAC industry and familiarity with energy and/or facility management field is an advantage.
- Experience with website management and CMS

CoolAutomation is looking for a Marketing communication manager.
The marcom manager will be responsible for hands-on managing a range of online & offline marketing materials & activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create all marketing materials and sales enablement tools in line with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Manage online marketing activities including ABM Marketing campaigns, nurture flow, demand and lead generation.
- Work with sales teams, customers, and agencies to create and localize communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets.
- Organize and produce tradeshows, training, and customer events.
- Execute marketing communication plans to deliver business KPIs.
- Ensure global guidelines are upheld during all execution of the brand activation.
- Budget management.
Key Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role from a SaaS B2B company.
- At least 2 years of digital marketing background in B2B.
- Vast proficiency in creating marketing materials- brochures, presentations, videos, etc.
- Proficient in developing and measuring demand-generation programs that engage customers and prospects throughout the funnel.
- Hands-on experience planning and managing full-funnel campaigns on LinkedIn and Facebook/ Google Preferably on B2B Companies.
- Experience in organizing global events- conferences, trade shows, customer events, etc.

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for onboarding and retaining customers at CoolAutomation through superior attention, support and responsiveness to any hardware or software product issues or opportunities. The manager will have the discretion to develop processes, bring in additional resources and collaborate directly with other teams on ensuring an ongoing superior experience into the future.
Job Description
- The support engineer will answer CoolAutomation customers in the various support channels (chat, phone, email, web, etc…)
- The support engineer supports the Americas customers
- From time to time, a visit to the customer site will be required.
- The support engineer will serve as the customer advocate within CoolAutomation and he is expected to promote customer’s requests and push for fast resolution.
- The support engineer will work with the various CoolAutomation departments such as sales, development, marketing and product
- It is expected from the support engineer to sound his voice internally and help to improve the service and products.
- It is expected from the support engineer to write Knowledge-base content and share his knowledge with his peers to ensure the improvement of CoolAutomation service and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Computer networking and network communication experience

CoolAutomation is looking for an HVAC Senior Sales Manager to join the team.
The HVAC Senior Sales Manager will develop and nurture a sales pipeline of primarily new and existing dealers and distributors in the Southeast Asian region (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Timor-Leste, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka).
The HVAC Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling CoolAutomation’s Products and Services, prospecting new accounts, and nurturing existing customers to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, and consultative sales presentations over the phone, via video meetings, and in-person
- Build a sales pipeline comprised of regional distributors and Dealers
- Develop and implement a sales plan to support sales, KPIs, and profitability goals
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and quarterly objectives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Inside Sales to identify and execute successful lead generation campaigns
- Record all sales activity in the company’s CRM, while maintaining weekly and monthly performance standards
- Report, communicate, and provide management information regarding business development and opportunities to the VP of Sales and Business Development
- Territory travel with possible overnight stay required in accordance with Covid-19 health guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum of B2B sales experience in the HVAC domain, BMS, Home automation is a plus
- Experience with non-traditional HVAC (VRF and Mini/Multi-Splits), integration or controls solutions is an advantage
- Experience in the specified region a must
- Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems) is an advantage
- Effective, daily KPI management
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills a must, additional local languages is a plus
- Ability to identify cross and up-sell opportunities
- Experience building client relationships that lead to account revenue growth
