How it works
CoolAutomation’s HVAC Remote Diagnostics solution consists of an intuitive cloud-based application and an IoT-enabling edge device – the CloudBox, which plugs into your HVAC system. It then automatically detects the HVAC system and available units.
Once connected to the cloud, all brand-specific parameters of the connected systems will be immediately and continuously collected, analyzed and presented in the application.
The HVAC technician can then register to receive real time alerts and have 24/7 access to the remote systems, with all its service related parameters – for deep diagnostics where needed.
