Our devices, which natively support all major HVAC system brands, are designed for a plug-and-play setup, making them especially helpful when it comes to complex VRF integrations with BMSs and home automation. What makes CoolAutomation's devices different from other HVAC integration gateways?

While most HVAC system manufacturers offer their own integration gateways, these are only suitable for use with their own systems. CoolAutomation’s devices support all major HVAC brands and, therefore, are ideal for use in BMS integration or home automation integration.

Other companies offer “universal” devices, which are in fact just dedicated gateways for different brands. In most cases, these devices do not provide access to HVAC system service data, unlike our solutions.

Can I control my HVAC system remotely using these gateways?

Yes! Customers who purchase one of our devices receive complementary access to the IoC Control app, which facilitates centralized remote control of HVAC systems across brands and sites.
