Our relationship with HDL has been a comprehensive journey, intertwining at various levels:- Vendor Collaboration: Continuous support and updates have been a hallmark of our partnership, with HDL consistently maintaining the driver made for seamless integration with our products. Additionally, we have incorporated the BUS PRO communication protocol into our offerings, ensuring harmonious operation within the HDL product network.
- Commercial Cooperation: We actively engage with HDL's global distribution network, including dealers and distributors, assisting them in project design, product selection, installation, and long-term support to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Joint Marketing Efforts: Our collaborative marketing endeavors aim to keep our mutual customers informed about the latest developments, updates, and training opportunities.
Training the Global Dealers Network
The recent online training for HDL's global dealers network, held on November 16th, focused on several key areas:- Understanding the HVAC market segments and strategies for HVAC integration.
- Familiarizing dealers with CoolAutomation products and their role in integrating HDL systems with various HVAC systems, including VRF, split, and multi-split units.
- Configuring CoolAutomation products within HDL software.
