A. System Controllers: The Essential Component

Set up your system controller using  Vantage’s high-performance inFusion network controllers inFusion Controller II, Design Center 4.5 and Equinox 1.6.3,

These controllers offer advanced processing capabilities and instant two-way communication with Vantage devices and subsystems, ideal for high-end residential applications, offering a variety of outputs and scaling capabilities.

B. Visualization Components for HVAC System Control

Choose from a range of visualization components to enhance the control and user experience of your HVAC system. The Vantage options include Equinox products (EQ41, EQ73, and Equinox mobile app, EQ40), using the climate widget, Equinox keypads by the usual task assignment. The keypads can be setup to operate HVAC parameters through the standard HVAC control procedures in Design Center,  as well as the Equinox mobile app as an additional control option for all the selected

C. Configuration in the Accelerator Software
  1. Add the driver – In the Object Explorer, select Drivers>Vantage and double-click or drag the Vantage HVAC-IU to add it to the project.
  2. Add the CoolAutomation device and configure the network settings (IP address, TCP Port).
  3. Add each individual HVAC zone corresponding to each Indoor unit on the CoolAutomation device, and set the areas.
  4. Incorporate user interfaces by activating the HVAC widgets
  5. Press F5 program the controller and push all the changes to go live.
Inverter Split / Multi Split
These  systems are compact residential HVAC units consisting of one or multiple air handlers and a single outdoor unit, featuring an inverter compressor. Common brands include Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, and more.
