About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong technical mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team. This is a critical role for someone who’s execution-oriented, understands B2B/ B2C marketing dynamics, and is passionate about creating operational excellence in everything from campaigns to systems.
This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and plays a key role in driving the technical execution of global marketing initiatives.
Hybrid position – 3 days a week from our Petah Tikva office.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot & Campaign Operations
- Build and manage emails, landing pages, nurture flows, and automated workflows in HubSpot
- Ensure campaign data flows properly into Salesforce for accurate reporting and follow-up
- Track campaign performance and generate monthly funnel reports
- Maintain and organize contact lists, including leads from global trade shows and webinars
Website Management
- Own the day-to-day management of the company website (WordPress)
- Execute updates, new content uploads, and structural improvements
- Collaborate with our SEO agency to optimize performance and visibility
- Work with external developers for feature enhancements and technical improvements
Webinar Management
- Lead the end-to-end creation and technical execution of webinars, including setup, integrations, testing, and post-event follow-up
- Manage registration flows, reminder emails, attendee tracking, and recording distribution
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing operations with go-to-market strategy
- Support international events and manage all post-event data, follow-ups, and integration into our CRM and marketing platforms
Requirements and Skills
- Technically oriented, detail-focused, and data-driven
- Experienced in HubSpot (must) and Salesforce (strong advantage)
- Hands-on with CMS platforms like WordPress
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and bring a team-player mindset
- Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute wherever needed
- Fluent in English – written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field – advantage
