With this use case in mind, CoolAutomation has developed a convenient, reliable solution built around our CoolPlug gateways that can serve as a fully independent, local, and cost-effective HVAC-GRMS integration device.
By connecting a CoolPlug directly to an HVAC indoor unit and the in-room automation controller, integrators can create a self-contained room-control setup that keeps any malfunction isolated to a specific room.
