Jazzing it up at the New Orleans Cool Masters Certification Program

Following two highly successful training events in Miami and Las Vegas, we were delighted to once again welcome HVAC professionals from North and Latin America at our latest Cool Masters Certification Program, held in vibrant New Orleans.

The Cool Masters Certification Program was created to enhance proficiencies in the management of VRF, mini-split, and ductless HVAC systems while providing professionals access and hands-on experience with innovative tools that help manage smarter, more efficient HVAC systems.

The Cool Masters Experience

Over two action-packed days, participants delved into a variety of topics designed to elevate their knowledge and skills. The program’s agenda ensured a mix of theoretical lessons and hands-on sessions. Highlights include:

Business and Pleasure

Alongside the extensive professional curriculum, attendees enjoyed networking with peers, embraced the spirit of New Orleans, and explored the lively atmosphere of Bourbon Street, savoring incredible Southern cuisine, delighting in live jazz performances, and absorbing the essence of the city’s unique culture.

Participant Insights

As participants came from Louisiana, Vancouver, Seattle, Connecticut, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Aruba, Guyana, and more, we had a blast hosting a diverse group with different backgrounds. Attendees included representatives from HVAC manufacturers, HVAC installers, HVAC service companies, and more: all dedicated to making HVAC systems (and their service offerings) smarter.
