As the year draws to a close, we were delighted to host the 4th Cool Masters certification program, returning to timeless New Orleans! Once again, HVAC professionals from across North and Latin America gathered to enhance HVAC management proficiencies by learning about our solutions’ innovative features and practicing their implementation across a variety of use cases. This year's program was marked by the release of our latest integration and control device, the CoolMaster EDGE, which all attendees were excited to learn about and examine. Another standout was the participation of VRF Tech Talk hosts, Roman Baugh and Donald Falese, who recorded a dedicated Cool Masters episode between training sessions. After Hours

While the days were dedicated to comprehensive training, the evenings offered participants the chance to unwind, connect, and experience the best of New Orleans. Festivities kicked off at the Acme Oyster House, where the group gathered for the program reception and enjoyed great food and company.

From there, the CoolAutomation team and attendees continued the fun together, exploring the city and soaking up the lively atmosphere, especially along the world-famous Bourbon Street. Jazz, southern delicacies (and a few drinks) made for memorable nights all around.
